Local Levers is a registered eenmanszaak in the Netherlands (KvK: 72087986) operated by Bryan Ubink. We provide marketing services for local businesses including review management, Google Business Profile optimization, lead response systems, and advertising.

2. What data we collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us. This includes:

When you purchase an audit or service: your name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp), business name, and optionally your Google Business Profile URL.

When you use our contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.

When you interact with our website: cookies and analytics data (see section 8).

When you pay for a service: your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. Why we collect your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

To deliver the services you purchased (audit reports, video walkthroughs, review campaigns). Legal basis: performance of a contract.

To contact you via WhatsApp or email regarding your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

To send follow-up communications about your audit results and our services. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time.

To improve our website and services through analytics. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. How we use WhatsApp

WhatsApp is our primary communication channel for delivering audits, video walkthroughs, and order confirmations. When you provide your WhatsApp number during checkout or on a form, you consent to receiving messages related to your order on WhatsApp. You can request to switch to email communication at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Third-party services we use

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

GoHighLevel (CRM, forms, email, WhatsApp messaging, website hosting). Data is stored on servers in the United States. GoHighLevel complies with standard contractual clauses for EU data transfers.

Stripe (payment processing). Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card details.

Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram advertising tracking). Only activated after you give cookie consent. Used to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.

Google Analytics (website analytics). Only activated after you give cookie consent. Used to understand how visitors use our website.

Loom (video hosting). Used to deliver personal video walkthroughs. Your audit video link is shared only with you.

MyWebAudit (audit report generation). We input your business information to generate audit reports. Your data is not shared beyond the report.

Clay and Instantly (cold email outreach). Used only for business-to-business outreach to publicly available business contact information.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

Customer data (name, email, phone, business info): retained for 24 months after your last interaction with us, or longer if you are an active customer.

Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

Contact form messages: retained for 12 months.

Analytics data: anonymized and retained indefinitely.

7. Your rights under GDPR

As a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

Right of access: you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification: you can request that we correct any inaccurate data.

Right to erasure: you can request that we delete your personal data.

Right to restrict processing: you can request that we limit how we use your data.

Right to data portability: you can request your data in a machine-readable format.

Right to object: you can object to our processing of your data based on legitimate interest.

9. International data transfers

Some of our third-party service providers (GoHighLevel, Stripe, Loom, Meta) are based in the United States. Data transfers to these providers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

10. Children

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
