These terms and conditions govern your use of the Local Levers website (locallevers.com) and all services provided by Local Levers, a part of Direct Growth registered eenmanszaak in the Netherlands (KvK: 72087986). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Local Levers provides marketing services for local businesses including but not limited to: Google Business Profile audits, website audits, review management, review acquisition campaigns, Google Business Profile optimization, lead response systems, advertising management, SEO services, and consulting.
The specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of each service are described on the relevant product or service page at the time of purchase.
Our Google Authority Audit (currently priced at EUR 37) includes a professional audit report and a personal video walkthrough delivered via WhatsApp within 48 hours of purchase.
The Review Reactivation Campaign (currently priced at EUR 197) is a one-time service that requires the customer to provide a list of at least 100 past customers with their name and phone number. Results depend on the quality and size of the contact list provided. We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews.
The Website Audit (currently priced at EUR 47) includes a professional AI-generated website audit report covering user experience, SEO, performance, security, and compliance factors. Delivered alongside the GBP audit via WhatsApp.
Our recurring services (starting at EUR 247 per month) are billed monthly via Stripe. The minimum commitment period is stated on the service page at the time of purchase. After the minimum period, you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice by emailing [email protected].
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. By completing a purchase, you authorize the stated charge to your payment method.
One-click upsell purchases during the checkout flow are charged to the same payment method used for the original purchase. These charges are clearly stated before you click the button.
For one-time audit products (EUR 37, EUR 47, EUR 197): since we begin work immediately upon purchase and deliver a personalized, custom-made product, refunds are not available once the audit has been delivered. If we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe (48 hours), you may request a full refund.
For recurring services: you may cancel at any time after the minimum commitment period. No refunds are given for partial months. If you cancel during the minimum commitment period, the remaining months are due.
All audit products are delivered via WhatsApp to the phone number you provide during checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and active WhatsApp number. If we cannot reach you on WhatsApp, we will attempt to deliver via email as a backup.
Delivery timelines are estimates. We aim to deliver within 48 hours but this may take longer during periods of high demand. We will notify you if there is a delay.
You agree to provide accurate information during checkout and on any forms. You agree to provide requested materials (such as customer lists for review campaigns) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines and results.
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer contact lists you provide were collected in compliance with applicable data protection laws and that your customers have a reasonable expectation of being contacted by your business.
We do not guarantee specific results from any of our services. Rankings on Google, the number of reviews received, website traffic, and revenue growth depend on many factors outside our control including your market, competition, business operations, and Google's algorithms.
Any case studies, statistics, or results mentioned on our website represent individual outcomes and are not a guarantee of future performance.
All content on the Local Levers website including text, design, logos, and graphics is owned by Local Levers and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Audit reports delivered to you are for your personal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label our reports without written permission.
Local Levers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms Inc., Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. Facebook, Instagram, Google, Google Business Profile, and Google Ads are trademarks of their respective owners.
Our services depend on third-party platforms that may change their features, pricing, or policies at any time. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms that affect the delivery or effectiveness of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Levers and Bryan Ubink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
